Client Feedback on Conference Video Production
Feedback from a client who hired Lasting Blueprint for conference videography.
It was a rare pleasure to be able to work with Lasting Blueprint. From the point at which I requested a quote, they were quick to respond, highly knowledgeable, and very professional all the way through project completion. I requested several quotes from their competition, and Lasting Blueprint was priced comparably, but the level of service was over the top. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of video production services.

Conference Videography FAQs
How much does conference videography cost?
Conference videography may be quoted using hourly, half-day, or full-day rates.
Pricing depends on coverage time, crew size, editing, audio setup, and final deliverables.
Additional costs are added only when the approved scope changes.
Am I booking Lasting Blueprint or a freelancer?
You are booking Lasting Blueprint Productions directly, not a third-party booking platform or vendor directory. Leon Bailey, the owner, is scheduled to be on site for conference projects and does not book overlapping events in his place. Additional crew may be added when coverage requires more than one person, but the project is still planned and managed directly by Lasting Blueprint.
Can you provide both full recordings and a highlight video?
Yes. A conference project can include full session recordings, highlight edits, interviews, or a mix of deliverables.
Can you record multiple rooms at the same time?
Yes. Multi-room coverage can be planned with additional camera operators and audio recorders.
Do you record audio from the sound board?
When available, yes. We can also use lavalier microphones, handheld microphones, or separate audio recorders.
Can you film panels and Q&A?
Yes. Panel coverage can include the moderator, panelists, audience questions, and room audio.
Do you provide full session recordings?
Yes. Full session videos can be delivered as individual files for web, internal use, training, or attendee access.
Can you create a conference highlight video?
Yes. Highlight videos can include sessions, interviews, venue footage, attendee activity, and sponsor areas.
How long does conference video delivery take?
Delivery depends on the number of sessions, edit complexity, and final file requirements.
Can you provide same-day conference clips?
Yes. Same-day clips can be planned with an on-site video editor when the schedule, edit priorities, branding, and delivery format are approved before the event.
Options may include interview selects, testimonial edits, b-roll selects, short social clips, or files prepared for screens.
Can conference photography be added?
Conference photography may be quoted as a standalone service or added to a video project, depending on the schedule and crew needs.
