When These Rates Apply
These rates are for assignments one videographer can reasonably manage.
That can include corporate interviews, testimonials, presentations, training, conferences, trade shows, and contained event assignments.
The recording schedule, locations, audio, lighting, and camera positions must be manageable by one operator.
Projects requiring simultaneous recording areas, multiple videographers, or separate production roles receive a custom estimate.
Need a Broader Production Scope?
Projects with simultaneous recording areas, additional videographers, or separate production roles are quoted based on the required work.
Filming, Raw Footage, and Editing
Filming-Only Assignments
Editing is not included in the published videographer rates.
For filming-only assignments, raw footage is included as the final deliverable.
Online file transfer does not add a delivery fee. Raw footage can also be transferred to a hard drive at the venue without an added delivery fee.
Mailed delivery is charged separately.
Editing
Editing and finished video deliverables are quoted separately.
When editing is included, raw footage is not automatically included. It can be listed separately in the approved quote when requested.
Review our Video Editing & Post-Production Services for editing options.
