2025 AABC Annual Meeting Videography at Amelia Island

The 2025 Associated Air Balance Council (AABC) Annual Meeting took place October 22–24 at Omni Amelia Island Resort & Spa on Amelia Island, Florida. The gathering marked the organization’s 60th anniversary and brought together professionals involved in testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) building systems.

Lasting Blueprint Productions returned to film the meeting, continuing its work with AABC since 2018. Coverage included technical presentations, the Hall of Fame ceremony, member interviews, networking activities, and evening events.

AABC’s 60th Anniversary and Hall of Fame Ceremony

The October 23 General Business Session opened with a historical video celebrating AABC’s 60th anniversary. Lasting Blueprint Productions edited the video, which traced the organization’s development since its founding in 1965.

The session also included AABC’s Hall of Fame induction ceremony. Lasting Blueprint Productions recorded the complete General Business Session and produced a separate edit of the ceremony, allowing AABC to share the recognition independently.

Recording Technical Presentations and the Technology Showcase

The October 23 program featured the keynote presentation, Growing Organizational Value. Other presentations addressed artificial intelligence in building systems, cleanroom balancing, and smoke control testing.

On October 24, presentations covered career advancement, TAB project planning, and fire and smoke damper testing.

For this conference video production assignment, Lasting Blueprint Productions used two cameras to capture wide stage views and medium shots of the presenters. Audio from the venue’s soundboard was recorded using a Zoom F3 and Zoom H4n.

Between presentations, additional footage documented attendees networking, exhibitor interactions, and activity around the Amelia Ballroom.

The October 24 program concluded with the Technology Showcase, where participating exhibitors introduced their products and services. The showcase was recorded in full.

Three AABC Member Interviews

Following the October 24 Technology Showcase, Lasting Blueprint Productions recorded three seated interviews with AABC members. The conversations addressed professional experiences and involvement with the association.

Lasting Blueprint Productions edited three videos from the interviews:

The latter two videos were published June 24, 2026, as promotional content for the following year’s Annual Meeting.

Welcome Reception, Beach Party, and Closing Celebration

Filming began October 22 with the Welcome Reception at Canopy Park. Footage captured attendees gathering and socializing before the technical program began.

On October 23, AABC held its Beach Party at Sunrise Beach. The gathering included volleyball, Connect Four, caricature drawings, and attendees socializing along the beachfront.

The October 24 Annual Closing Celebration took place in the resort’s Magnolia Ballroom. The evening included a cocktail reception, dinner, live music, a photo booth, and caricature drawings.

How the 2025 Footage Was Used After the Meeting

The recordings from Amelia Island continued to support AABC after the 2025 Annual Meeting.

Lasting Blueprint Productions edited a Save the Date video promoting the October 13–15, 2026, Annual Meeting at Henderson Beach Resort in Destin, Florida. The video used footage exclusively from the 2025 meeting.

The welcome video shown during the 2026 AABC Annual Meeting incorporated footage from the 2025 event alongside footage from other annual meetings.

These projects illustrate how annual meeting footage can be reused for future promotional content.
