Tairo Group brought beauty advisors and retail partners to Orlando for its 2023 Beauty Advisor Seminar from October 28 through 31.
The four-day program centered on JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes. Activities also took attendees to several locations around Orlando.
Lasting Blueprint Productions provided video production and photography throughout the seminar. Coverage followed the experience from guest arrivals through the final farewell event.
That scope included presentations, interviews, product displays, attendee activities, dining, and off-site events across Orlando.
From Orlando International Airport to the Welcome Dinner
Coverage began October 28 as guests arrived at Orlando International Airport.
The story continued at JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes. Guests checked in as the seminar space came together for the days ahead.
Tairo branding, presentation areas, product displays, and attendee interactions established the setting for the main program.
The first evening continued at Fogo de Chão on International Drive. Video and photography documented the welcome dinner before the full seminar program began.
Presentations, Products, and Interviews at JW Marriott Orlando
October 29 focused on a full day of presentations at the hotel.
Opening remarks introduced Tairo Group and its three business divisions. The program also covered relationships with brands distributed through those divisions.
Presentations featured companies and products including Kylie Cosmetics, Burberry Goddess, Gucci Flora, Molton Brown, OPI, and MoroccanOil.
Product displays throughout the meeting area gave attendees opportunities to examine products and speak with representatives.
An engraving station added another activity during the seminar. Fragrance bottles could be personalized while attendees moved between presentations and product areas.
Video coverage followed presentations, podium interactions, product displays, and conversations throughout the room.
The production also included interviews with seminar participants. The finished highlight features buyers, beauty advisors, and managers from Grand Cayman, Mexico, the Bahamas, and Aruba.
Their interviews added first-person perspectives on the seminar, the products they work with, and their time in Orlando.
Following the Seminar Beyond the Hotel
The program moved to EPCOT on October 30.
Coverage followed attendees into the park and documented another part of the seminar experience outside the meeting environment.
October 31 returned to JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes for breakfast and another half-day of presentations.
After the hotel program, attendees visited Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets for an afternoon of shopping.
The seminar concluded that evening at ICEBAR Orlando on International Drive.
