Disney World Event Video Production Process

Our Disney World event videographer process helps clients plan coverage efficiently—from booking to delivery.

1. Booking

After you share your schedule and Disney World event video production details, we send a single link containing the quote, contract, and retainer. Signing and submitting the retainer confirms your booking.

2. Pre-Production

We go over your event schedule, filming times, and double-check audio access with the AV team. Though all contact is by email, we may also meet in person, on Zoom, or Microsoft Teams to make any changes or last-minute edits to the schedule.

3. Event Filming Day

We arrive for setup and follow the agreed plan. If last-minute changes happen, we adjust and keep things moving when possible. We work unobtrusively so filming doesn’t interfere with the flow of the event.

4. Footage Delivery or Editing

Some clients only need raw footage, which we can put on a hard drive or send via Dropbox. If we’re editing, you’ll first see a rough cut for feedback. After revisions, we send a second version for one final review before delivering the finished videos.

Disney World Event Video Production Pricing

You can book a Disney World event videographer by the hour, for a half day (up to 5 hours), or a full day (up to 10 hours). Video production pricing varies based on the size and scope of your Disney event. Some projects may only need one event videographer, while larger programs or simultaneous activities across multiple locations in the Lake Buena Vista area may require an additional camera crew.

Other factors that affect pricing include:

  • Number of cameras
  • Editing or raw footage delivery
  • Venue AV access for audio
  • Multi-day or multi-location filming
  • Additional crew for interviews or b-roll
  • Rush turnaround for faster delivery
  • Same-day on-site editing and delivery
  • Photography for marketing or internal use

Once we review your Disney World event schedule and filming details, we’ll provide a clear video production quote based on your coverage needs.
