Lasting Blueprint Productions covered Prima Eye Group’s 2015 Disney Meeting at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa over three days.
A three-person crew—two camera operators and a dedicated photographer—recorded presentations, attendee testimonials, event b-roll, still photography, individual headshots, and the outdoor reception.
Event Highlight Video
Prima received a 2-minute, 36-second event highlight video and a separate 40-second version. The longer edit used footage from the presentations, attendee interaction, sponsor activity, interviews, venue b-roll, and the outdoor reception.
Recording the Three-Day Program
Thursday’s main program was held in Salons 4 and 5 of the Grand Floridian Ballroom. The agenda included sponsor presentations, a keynote, and a late-afternoon panel discussion.
Friday shifted into roundtable groups plus separate presentation tracks in Salons 2 and 4 for different attendee groups. Saturday returned to Salons 4 and 5 for sponsor presentations and roundtable highlights before noon.
Attendee Testimonial Interviews
Attendee interviews were recorded in multiple locations during the meeting, including inside the ballroom and in the Grand Foyer outside it.
The Grand Foyer interviews used a two-camera setup with the interviewer seated opposite the participant. Prima received individual testimonial edits plus a longer compilation focused on members’ experiences with its consulting support, meetings, and roundtable discussions.
Coverage Beyond the Presentations
In addition to recording presentations and attendee interviews, the crew captured b-roll throughout the three-day meeting. Coverage included attendee interaction, panel discussions, sponsor and exhibitor activity, networking, food service, and establishing footage of Disney’s Grand Floridian.
Still photography was captured alongside the video coverage and included the conference program, attendee activity, sponsor areas, the outdoor reception, and individual headshots.
Thursday’s reception took place at Summer House Patio & Beach overlooking Seven Seas Lagoon. Video and photography continued there, documenting the waterfront setting, food service, and attendee networking.
