Consensus Cloud Solutions hired Lasting Blueprint Productions for photography and video coverage during HIMSS24 in Orlando.
HIMSS24 ran March 11–14, 2024, at the Orange County Convention Center.
Coverage took place March 12 and 13 across two Consensus exhibit locations. The project included four hours of photography and six hours of video coverage.
Photography During HIMSS24
Photography documented Consensus staff, attendees, demonstrations, conversations, group photographs, and product displays.
Products represented during HIMSS24 included Clarity, Conductor, eFax Corporate, Unite, and jSign.
Wider photographs also documented the HIMSS24 environment inside Orange County Convention Center.
Video Coverage and the Interoperability Showcase
Video footage documented attendee interactions, demonstrations, exhibit activity, HIMSS24 signage, and areas throughout the convention center.
Coverage also included the Interoperability Showcase demonstration “Transforming Fax with AI for Smarter Care Delivery.”
The demonstration showed how unstructured information could move through an AI-assisted healthcare workflow.
Consensus presented eFax Corporate, Clarity, and Conductor as parts of that process.
AI Panel B-Roll and a NextGen Interview
The assignment also included B-roll of the Consensus panel “Cutting Through the AI Hype.”
Bevey Miner, EVP of Healthcare Strategy and Policy at Consensus Cloud Solutions, moderated the discussion. Panelists included Jeffrey Sullivan of Consensus, Madelaine Yue of Experis, and Mason Ingram of Premier.
Selected shots documented the panel and audience. The discussion audio was also recorded.
A separate interview with a NextGen representative covered digital fax, healthcare data exchange, Consensus products, and the relationship between the two companies.
HIMSS24 Footage Used in Later Promotions
Consensus Cloud Solutions later used footage from the HIMSS24 project in social media and promotional content.
The footage appeared again in promotions for subsequent industry events, including ViVE 2025 and HIMSS25 in Las Vegas.
These later uses extended the material beyond Consensus Cloud Solutions’ 2024 appearance in Orlando.
Completing the HIMSS24 Coverage
Consensus Cloud Solutions received the photographs and raw video files from the two-day project.
This trade show video production project followed Consensus across several parts of HIMSS24.
