What Clients Receive
After the event, you receive a curated gallery of edited photographs. Each image is adjusted for exposure, color, cropping, and consistency.
Your gallery includes web-ready and print-ready files through a private online link. Usage rights are included, with the terms listed in the project agreement.
Standard delivery is within 14 days. Same-day selects can be planned in advance when photographs are needed during the event. On-site editing and rush delivery are quoted separately.
Final files are archived for at least two years. This provides a backup if the delivered gallery needs to be accessed again.
Event Photography and Videography Packages
Photography and video coverage can be booked together under one agreement. Separate roles allow both professionals to follow the same event schedule while focusing on their respective responsibilities. Crew size depends on the venue layout, timing, simultaneous activities, and requested deliverables.

Coverage can be booked by the hour, half day, full day, or across multiple days.
Event photography pricing is based on:
- Coverage hours and number of event days
- Number of photographers needed
- A headshot station or another dedicated photography setup
- Same-day selects or on-site editing
- Rush turnaround
- Travel outside the Orlando area
- Retouching or delivery requests beyond the standard edited gallery
Each quote states the scheduled coverage, photographer count, included editing, delivery timeline, and optional services.
How Booking Works
Start by sending the event date, venue, schedule, expected coverage hours, estimated attendance, and required deliverables.
We review the details and confirm the recommended coverage. You then receive a written quote and agreement.
Your date is booked once the agreement is signed and the retainer is received.
Before the event, we confirm the schedule, access details, main contacts, and required photograph priorities.
