We provided video production for the Incredible Retirement Symposium at The Alfond Inn in Winter Park, Florida. The one-day program featured presentations on retirement topics including health, volunteering, travel, finances, and technology. Two camera operators recorded every presentation in the same room, with one camera providing a wide shot and the other a medium shot. Audio was recorded from the venue AV system using H4n recorders.
We also captured B-roll throughout the event, including attendee conversations, audience reactions, presentation activity, event materials, and The Alfond Inn. After the symposium ended, we recorded attendee testimonials. Financial Management Concepts organized and hosted the symposium and hired Lasting Blueprint Productions to handle the video production. This project is an example of event video production involving multiple camera operators and separate coverage responsibilities.

The final deliverables included full recordings of every presentation, a highlight video, and separate attendee testimonial videos.
