Welcome Video for a Casselberry Law Firm

This welcome video was produced for Quattrochi, Torres, and Taormina, a law firm in Casselberry, Florida. The firm wanted a video it could send to new clients after intake. As part of our law firm video production services, the project introduced the attorneys, explained the firm’s practice areas, and showed clients how the firm communicates after they sign on.

What the Client Needed

“We want to send this video to all new clients once they’ve signed on with us.” The video was planned as part of the firm’s client onboarding process.

Planning the Law Firm Video

We met at their office before filming to review how the video would be used. We also scouted the space and chose locations for the direct-to-camera segments and office B-roll.

Three-Day Shoot in Casselberry, Orlando, and Sanford

Filming took place over three days. Day one focused on direct-to-camera segments using a teleprompter. The attorneys recorded multiple takes, reviewed their performances, and repeated lines when they wanted another option for the edit.

On day two, we filmed B-roll in the office, including attorneys working, walking, and meeting with staff. On day three, we captured exterior footage at the Orange County Courthouse, Seminole County Courthouse, and Lake Concord.

How the Final Video Came Together

All five attorneys appeared in the video. The three partners—Matt Quattrochi, Jesse Torres, and Joseph Taormina—spoke on camera. Their recorded material introduced the firm, covered its practice areas, and explained client communication after intake.

The other two attorneys and staff appeared in B-roll. That footage showed the office and team while the attorney narration carried the main client information.

Using the Video for New Client Onboarding

This welcome video was made for a specific point in the client process. After a new client signed with the firm, the video could introduce the attorneys, review the firm’s services, and explain how clients could communicate with their legal team.

Other Law Firm Videos We Produce

This project was a welcome and intake video. Law firms also use video for:

  1. Client Testimonials: Past clients describe their experience on camera.
  2. FAQ Videos: Attorneys answer recurring client questions.
  3. Firm Overviews: The firm introduces its team, services, and office.
  4. Attorney Bios: Individual attorneys explain their background and practice focus.
  5. Explainer Videos: Attorneys address a legal topic, process, or common client concern.

What This Seminole County Law Firm Video Project Shows

This project combined pre-production planning, direct-to-camera filming, multiple takes, office B-roll, and exterior footage across Central Florida. The finished video gave the firm one client-facing piece it could use during onboarding.
