Lasting Blueprint Productions produced a client welcome video for Quattrochi, Torres & Taormina, P.A. in Casselberry, Florida. At the time of production, the firm operated under that name.
What the Firm Needed
The firm wanted a welcome video it could send to new clients once they had signed on.
Pre-Production
Before filming began, we met with two of the firm’s attorneys for a pre-production meeting.
Filming at the Casselberry Office
Office production took place December 6–8, 2023. Attorney direct-to-camera material was recorded with a teleprompter, with multiple takes providing options for the edit. Office B-roll included attorneys and staff working, walking through the office, and interacting with one another.
Central Florida Location B-Roll
Additional location footage was recorded January 1, 2024. It included courthouse exteriors in Seminole and Orange counties and Lake Concord in Casselberry. Cranes Roost was considered but not used because seasonal decorations did not fit the planned footage.
The Finished Welcome Video
Five attorneys appear in the completed video. Partners Matt Quattrochi, Jossie Torres, and Joseph Taormina deliver the primary direct-to-camera messages. The firm’s other attorneys and staff appear in supporting office footage. The video introduces the firm’s practice areas. It also explains how clients can communicate with the attorney and paralegal assigned to their case.
