On November 9, 2023, Timus Networks hired us to film a cybersecurity testimonial during IT Nation Connect in Orlando. The interview featured Jim Smith, CEO of Proper Sky, discussing how Timus supports managed IT providers. We filmed at Rosen Shingle Creek. We have also worked at several Orlando venues for interviews, conferences, and other productions.
What Is IT Nation Connect?
IT Nation Connect brings together professionals in IT and cybersecurity. Hosted at Rosen Shingle Creek, the conference includes sessions, vendor exhibits, and networking for companies in managed services. Timus used the event to connect with providers and highlight how their zero trust platform fits into that space.
Timus Networks at IT Nation Connect
Timus offers cloud-based cybersecurity solutions built around zero trust networking. Their team met MSPs, answered technical questions, and showed how the product manages secure access for remote work environments.
Filming the Cybersecurity Testimonial
We filmed the interview in a hallway at Rosen Shingle Creek while IT Nation Connect was underway. The setup used two 4K camera angles: a wider two-person view and a tighter single-person angle. We also recorded separate audio sources for the interview.
Jim explained why Proper Sky selected Timus. He described the platform as “well-defined” and “well built.” He said it reduces zero trust network complexity for MSPs and business owners.

The final project included a full interview and six shorter edited clips. Those clips covered different parts of the conversation, including product evaluation, network security, remote work, and product trust. The video below is one of those shorter edits.
