During the interviews, Dana explains how the program helps identify the top percentage of homeowners who are more likely to sell. She describes previously spending time marketing to expired listings and for-sale-by-owner properties before shifting her focus to the targeted list generated through the platform.
She also discusses several marketing tools associated with the program, including Facebook ads, postcard marketing, drip email campaigns, and homeowner reports that allow people to check the value of their homes.
Dana describes using the SmartZip check-in app while traveling between meetings. She explains that the mobile tool allows her to call contacts from her list, check in with homeowners, or stop by properties when she is nearby.

The production included a seated on-camera interview setup using two cameras, professional audio recording, and lighting arranged for the office environment.
