During DISTRIBUTECH at the Orange County Convention Center, Lasting Blueprint provided exhibitor videography for Constellation Clearsight LLC and AiDash LLC. The event brought together companies in the transmission and distribution industry, and our work focused on documenting speaking sessions, booth activity, and deliverables they could use beyond the show floor.
As part of our event video production services in Orlando, we filmed speaking sessions for both companies. Those videos were later used for internal and external purposes. AiDash also hired us to capture additional booth footage, which was used for marketing, promotion, and social media. AiDash’s speaking sessions were also published on their YouTube channel.
Filming Sessions at a Transmission and Distribution Conference in Orlando
DISTRIBUTECH covered topics important to the transmission and distribution industry, including grid reliability, renewable energy, infrastructure modernization, grid automation, energy efficiency, and utility operations.
Our work focused on exhibitor coverage rather than full-event coverage. Constellation Clearsight LLC hired us to film a speaking session, while AiDash LLC hired us to film speaking sessions and capture additional booth footage.
Constellation Clearsight LLC: Speaking Session Coverage
For Constellation Clearsight LLC, our coverage focused on their speaking session. We used a three-camera setup:
- One camera at the back of the room for a wide shot.
- A second camera to the right for a medium chest-up angle.
- A third camera on a gimbal for audience reactions and b-roll.
This gave them footage from multiple angles to support their presentation.
AiDash LLC: Speaking Session and Booth Coverage
AiDash LLC presented in one of the larger session rooms. We provided two-camera coverage of their speaking sessions, with one camera used for a wide shot and another for a medium angle. We also captured b-roll of booth activity and attendee interactions.
During their talks, we helped with quick audio adjustments. This included mic placement, level monitoring, and small fixes during the session. We also took a few group photos for their team during the conference.
