PORCELANOSA Group Video Production at KBIS 2026 in Orlando

PORCELANOSA Group hired Lasting Blueprint Productions to film its XTONE exhibit during KBIS 2026 in Orlando.

The one-day assignment took place February 18 at the Orange County Convention Center. PORCELANOSA planned two booth videos and interviews at the exhibit.

Filming the XTONE Exhibit Before and During the Show

Before attendee traffic began, one event videographer from Lasting Blueprint Productions filmed the completed XTONE exhibit. Coverage moved from booth-wide views to large-format porcelain installations, surface details, sample shelving, tabletop and countertop applications, and material pieces throughout the exhibit.

Once KBIS was underway, the focus shifted to activity inside the booth. Footage documented visitors touching wall surfaces, holding and comparing samples, and discussing products with PORCELANOSA representatives.

A Same-Day Video Added During Production

While the planned coverage was underway, PORCELANOSA added another request.

The company wanted a presenter-led vertical video recorded with a dedicated camera and microphone rather than a phone. The piece was intended for use while KBIS was still underway.

The presenter introduced new large-format porcelain for walls, floors, and countertops. The walkthrough then featured Camouflage, Congressional, and New York Exodus, with discussion of design influences and material technology.

The video closed by inviting viewers to check out the rest of the collection.

Three Perspectives in the Booth Interviews

One stone fabricator discussed using XTONE for cladding, showers, flooring, countertops, and a 34-foot fireplace project. The fabricator also discussed product variation, including wood tones, marble tones, and travertine looks.

PORCELANOSA’s national sales director discussed interior and exterior applications, large-format slabs, fabrication, installation, and technical support for architectural projects.

The third interview offered a different perspective. A kitchen-and-bath partner said their company had not yet purchased porcelain and was moving into condominium countertop work.

The partner discussed surfaces becoming more convincing at mimicking natural materials. They also pointed to a wider range of finishes, including honed, leathered, and mirrored options.

Large-format material also came up in relation to book matching across larger vertical and horizontal surfaces.

Video Deliverables

The final video set included:

  • One edited video showing the XTONE exhibit before attendee traffic
  • One edited video showing the exhibit during KBIS with attendee interaction
  • Edited interview videos, including versions with and without supporting booth footage
  • One same-day vertical promotional video added during production

Planning Similar Trade Show Coverage?

Trade show plans can change once the floor is active. In this case, the assignment expanded from planned booth coverage and interviews to an additional presenter-led vertical video.

That is the type of flexibility exhibitors may need when content opportunities come up during a show.
