Coverage included pre-conference training programs, technical presentations, and expo hall activity filmed throughout the event. Filming documented technical presentations, exhibitor booths, attendee movement, and booth interaction across the Central Florida venue.
Testimonial videos were recorded on the expo floor at exhibitor booths during the event.

Production followed the event schedule, with coverage across multiple session rooms and expo areas.
Technical presentations were recorded using fixed camera setups with direct audio capture from the sound system. Four session rooms were running presentations, each with camera coverage.
One session room was covered using a two-camera setup, allowing continuous recording while also capturing B-roll of speakers, room setups, and audience activity in other rooms during sessions.
Expo coverage was filmed using a roaming camera setup to capture booth activity, attendee interaction, and general movement throughout the floor.
Testimonial videos were recorded at the booth of each participant on the expo floor.
