About the Orange County Convention Center
The Orange County Convention Center is one of the largest convention venues in the United States. Conferences, trade shows, and industry events take place there throughout the year, attracting large numbers of exhibitors and attendees to Orlando.
Because of the scale of these events, organizations often record presentations, exhibitor demonstrations, interviews, and event recap footage during their conferences.

Example Events Filmed at the Orange County Convention Center
Digital Dealer Conference
One of the recurring conferences we’ve filmed at the Orange County Convention Center is Digital Dealer. For this project, we captured a mix of presentation footage and expo floor activity—including wide shots of sessions, general b-roll, and a few quick testimonials. The video was later used to promote their next event. Filming moved between general sessions and breakout rooms as the event schedule required.
VMX Conference
At VMX, we filmed b-roll for a pet health company introducing new testing products. Most of the filming centered on booth interactions and product display footage, which we detailed in our blog recap of the VMX project.
HIMSS Global Health Conference
We provided videography for a healthcare company exhibiting at HIMSS. The full-day shoot included booth activity, attendee interactions, a panel session, and a sit-down interview. They later used the footage to create a recap video for social media, highlighting their presence at the healthcare technology conference and trade show. DISTRIBUTECH International
During DISTRIBUTECH, we filmed testimonial interviews and booth coverage for a company presenting new energy tech solutions. We worked from a shot list provided by their marketing team and delivered footage later used in social media content. Here’s the full recap of our DISTRIBUTECH videography.
The Grainger Show
At the Grainger Show, we were hired to film booth b-roll for a safety technology company showcasing a new platform. The footage showed their presence at the expo, including branded displays, product demonstrations, and booth activity. They used the footage in social media marketing following the show.
Other Projects at the Orange County Convention Center
