This welcome video project was produced for Quattrochi, Torres, and Taormina, a law firm based in Casselberry. Their team contacted our Orlando video production company to help create a video they could send to new clients as part of their intake process. The video introduced the attorneys, showed the office, and covered their personal injury and real estate services.
What the Client Needed
“We want to send this video to all new clients once they’ve signed on with us.” That was their goal—use the video as part of onboarding.
Planning the Law Firm Video
We met at their office to walk through the project. The attorneys shared how and when they planned to use the video. We also scouted the space to choose filming spots for interviews and B-roll.
Three-Day Shoot in Casselberry, Orlando, and Sanford
Filming took place over three days. Day one focused on direct-to-camera segments using a teleprompter. On day two, we filmed B-roll in the office—attorneys working, walking, and meeting with staff. On day three, we captured exterior shots at the Orange County Courthouse, Seminole County Courthouse, and Lake Concord.
How the Final Video Came Together
All five attorneys appeared in the video. The three partners—Matt Quattrochi, Jesse Torres, and Joseph Taormina—spoke on camera. They introduced themselves and described the firm’s practice areas. The other two attorneys and staff were shown in B-roll to give a fuller picture of the team.
Why Video Works for Law Firms
This welcome video gave the firm a way to introduce key people and explain services once—without repeating it in every new client call. For many law offices, video adds context early. It’s direct, personal, and easier for clients to absorb.
Types of Law Firm Videos Clients Ask For
Besides welcome videos, these are the ones firms ask for most often:
- Client Testimonials: People trust other people. These clips feature past clients talking about their experience in their own words.
- FAQ Videos: Firms use these to answer common questions upfront. It cuts down on repeat conversations and helps people feel more prepared.
- Firm Overviews: Usually a quick video that shows who’s at the firm, what they focus on, and how they work with clients.
- Attorney Bios: Short videos where attorneys talk about their background and approach. It helps clients feel more comfortable before meeting them.
- Explainer Videos: These break down topics like injury claims or timelines. A lot of firms use them to give people a starting point without legal jargon.
Each of these has its place—some for marketing, others for intake, or just to save time during early conversations.
Takeaways from This Seminole County Video Project
The video gave new clients a way to get familiar with the firm before their first meeting. It showed what the attorneys do and who they are—without needing to explain it every time.
