Examples of Event Videos

Selected projects showing event highlights, conference coverage, interviews, sponsorship activity, and promotional deliverables.

Filmed ARIUM Living’s sponsorship presence at a youth baseball opening day, including booth activity, branded giveaways, field footage, and an interview. The project included one promotional video.

Filmed course overviews, testimonials, attendee activity, venue footage, and evening events. SANS received three promotional videos, three course overview videos, and event photography.

Filmed day-two highlights of Ragan Communications’ Social Media Conference, including the keynote, speaker sessions, and evening networking. Ragan used the final video to promote their next conference.

How Event Video Production Works

1. Scope and Planning

We review the schedule, venue, recording priorities, audio sources, interviews, and required deliverables.

2. Event Coordination

Access, room layouts, AV contacts, load-in timing, and overlapping activities are confirmed before production.

3. Production

The crew follows the approved coverage plan while adapting to schedule changes and on-site conditions.

4. Editing and Delivery

Footage is organized, edited when included, reviewed through the agreed process, and delivered in the listed formats.

Crew and Production Roles

Event coverage may use one videographer or a coordinated crew. The staffing plan depends on simultaneous activity, room count, camera positions, audio requirements, equipment moves, and delivery deadlines.

Camera Coverage

Primary and additional camera operators for main programs, separate rooms, extra angles, and backup positions.

Audio Support

Separate recording and coordination with wireless microphones, external recorders, mixers, and venue soundboards.

Production Support

Equipment moves, setup changes, batteries, media, logistics, and event-day coordination.

AV and IMAG Coordination

Camera placement, signal needs, timing, and connection planning with the venue or AV provider.

On-Site Editing

Same-day clips or event-day edits when a separate editor is included in the production plan.

Event Photography

Still photography may be quoted separately when the schedule and crew plan support both services.

Client Feedback

Feedback from a client who hired Lasting Blueprint for event video production in Orlando.

It was a rare pleasure to be able to work with Lasting Blueprint. From the point at which I requested a quote, they were quick to respond, highly knowledgeable, and very professional all the way through project completion. I requested several quotes from their competition, and Lasting Blueprint was priced comparably, but the level of service was over the top. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of video production services.

Event Video Production Cost Factors

Event video production pricing depends on coverage time, room count, camera needs, audio setup, crew roles, editing scope, and final deliverables.

A single-room event with one main program usually requires a smaller scope. A multi-room event with presentations, interviews, b-roll, same-day editing, or separate deliverables requires more planning and coverage.

The quote is based on what needs to happen during the event and what files need to be delivered afterward.

Booking is recommended once event dates and locations are confirmed. Availability depends on schedule and coverage scope.

Turnaround depends on the scope of the project and how quickly required assets and feedback are provided. Most projects are completed within the timeline outlined in the agreement.

Yes. Additional camera operators or coverage roles can be used when programs overlap or when coverage needs to happen in multiple areas at once.

Same-day highlight videos are available when the event schedule and setup allow for filming and editing during the event.

Event photography is available and can be booked alongside video coverage or as a standalone service.

Event video production costs depend on coverage hours, crew size, audio requirements, event complexity, and final deliverables. Multi-day schedules, overlapping coverage, additional crew, and more extensive editing increase the total cost.
