Project Overview
Quest Village in Southeast Orange County held a grand opening to celebrate its new community for independent adults with developmental disabilities. We handled video coverage for Quest Inc., filming speeches, the ribbon cutting, and guest interactions throughout the day. Working as the event videographer, we focused on capturing the full atmosphere and key moments from start to finish. We’d worked with Quest Inc. before, covering their groundbreaking ceremony, so this shoot continued that story.
Our footage included remarks from project leaders, the ceremony itself, and scenes from a tour of the new community center. We spent time filming both inside the community center and outside around the property. The goal was to show what guests experienced as they moved through the space.
The crowd included residents, supporters, and people from nearby organizations who had been part of the project along the way. Each speaker took a few moments to share what the new community would mean for the people moving in.
We covered everything from the formal speeches to casual conversations happening around the event. Both types of moments helped tell the full story.
